Conversion

Students submit evidence of activities in the form of reports and daily records of activities to the Study Program and the MBKM Team. If the final value of the MBKM activity has not been obtained by students in the form of a certificate or other document issued by the partner, the Field Supervisor (DPL) and / or Field Supervising Partner (MPL) conducts an assessment by filling in the rubric of the assessment component of the STIKes Mitra Husada Medan format. The Study Program verifies the assessment reports of students who take part in Independent Study / Project activities from Field Supervisors (DPL) and / or Field Supervising Partners (MPL). The Study Program can validate the equalization of course credits based on applicable provisions of a minimum of 10 credits and a maximum of 20 credits. Students receive a Certificate of Independent Study / Project activities that are followed.

Terms And Conditions

Administrative Requirements

  1. Register through the link: https://mbkm.mitrahusada.ac.id/
  2. Indonesian citizen (Upload ID card document)
  3. Active students in diploma three programs, diploma four / applied degree programs, or undergraduate programs registered in PDDIKTI at least in semester 3 (Three) at the time of the program;
  4. Have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 (Three Point Fifty);
  5. Obtain approval from the head of PT and Recommendations from Ka.Prodi and Academic Advisor
  6. Signing a letter of ability to comply with the rules and regulations of the Humanitarian Program and not being registered as a participant in another MBKM Program at the time of the Program and Willing to bear all costs incurred in the implementation of the Humanitarian Project;
  7. Attach a Health Certificate from a Doctor; and attach a Covid Free Certificate / Vaccination Certificate (when going to the internship location)
  8. Have an active BPJS Health and Employment
  9. Attach a letter of consent from parents or guardians

Provisions for students who take part in the Internship selection:

  1. Follow the provisions of laws and regulations
  2. Students are not currently receiving disciplinary sanctions from STIKes Mitra Husada Medan.
  3. Students follow the provision of knowledge, attitudes, and skills carried out by STIKes Mitra Husada Medan.
  4. Provide correct information or information, both orally and in writing in the context of managing the administration and/or implementation of the Humanitarian Project
  5. Willing to participate in an internship for 1 (one) semester / get recognition of learning hours that are converted to a minimum of 10 credits and a maximum of 20 credits or recognised or made into a Certificate of Certificate of Diploma Companion
