STIKes Mitra Husada Medan has been selected to actively participate in the Global Health Service Excellent with the theme "Acceleration Towards a Global City" in commemorating the 434th Anniversary of Medan City, on Monday, July 1, 2024. STIKes Mitra Husada Medan is actively collaborating and implementing best practices in the activities of the Medan City Anniversary. They are concerned about the health towards a globally healthy Medan City. Various parties are involved in this event, attended by the Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution. The students of STIKes Mitra Husada Medan who participated are committed to achieving service excellence. The students provided health services including vital sign checks, uric acid, cholesterol, glucose, and weight measurements, in collaboration with doctors from the Community Health Center of Kwala Bekala as medical consultants.
The officials and staff of the Medan City DPRD were enthusiastic in undergoing examinations, including the Chairman of the Medan City DPRD, Mr. Hasyim, S.E., and the Secretary of the Medan City DPRD, Mr. Muhammad Ali Sipahutar, S.STP, MAP, along with Mrs. Rina Ali Sipahutar and Mr. Dicky Rahmadani, SE, Head of Finance, who always support and collaborate well with STIKes Mitra Husada Medan and other officials in the Medan City DPRD building who care about health. The acceleration of Medan City towards global recognition is not only seen in terms of infrastructure but also in the quality of services provided. This activity supports the Vision and Mission of STIKes Mitra Husada Medan. With collaboration between the government, educational institutions such as the School of Health Sciences of Mitra Husada Medan, and the City of Medan, they will continue to progress optimistically towards an optimal future.
