The activity of releasing Certified Internship Students from the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM)

The release of Certified Internship Students of the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) was carried out online via zoom and offline at the STIKes Mitra Husada Medan Hall, Monday, June 19, 2023. The event was attended by the Director of Education and General Resources, Drs. Jintan Ginting, Apt, M.Kes, Head of RSU Citra Medika: dr. Elvida Sulistiana Sinaga, MKM, Head of RSU Delima: Mrs. Arin Mudiya Samosir. B (Hons), BA, Head of Wahyu General Hospital: Mrs. Ida Ruhiya, S.Keb, Bd., Head of Fajar General Hospital: Mrs. Santi Meliala, S.Keb, Bd., Head of Ridos Hospital represented: Dr. Fauzi Adyla Putri, Head of STIKes Mitra Husada Medan: Dr. Siti Nurmawan Sinaga, SKM, M.Kes, Preceptors and all interns. Internship implementation for 4 months starting June 19 to October 14, 2023.

STIKes Mitra Husada Medan through its Midwifery Undergraduate Study Program must be able to prepare students to become Service Excellent graduates and true learners who are competent, flexible and resilient (agile).

(Learner), ready to contribute positively to nation building and become a productive global citizen. Therefore, learning activities, laboratory practice and midwifery clinical practice are held. Achieving these competencies, students apply their knowledge to DU-DI.

It is expected that this program can provide sufficient experience to students in the form of experiential learning. During the internship, students will get hard skills (skills, complex problem solving, analytical skills, etc.) and soft skills (professional / work ethics, communication, cooperation, etc.). Through the MBKM internship program, students are expected to have the knowledge and skills to enter the world of work after graduation.
